About Chapter Three Wellness
I launched my coaching business, Chapter 3 Wellness, to help women like me - those of us over 40 facing a range of physical, social, and well-being challenges and transitions that come with midlife and beyond. I seek to help you prioritize your health, wellness, and happiness and commit to it - for the rest of your life. I offer one-on-one coaching via Zoom, as well as group coaching and workshops. Topics are chosen from my library of group coaching series or custom-created with your group. I also offer a unique experience called Chapter 3 Wellness Book Club. This offering combines group coaching and a book club format. We read and work through implementing the strategies of books from bestselling experts in the fields of health and wellness at a manageable pace. I offer a new Book Club selection each quarter.
