Symptom Tracker
Your hormones leave patterns. Now you can see them.
Most women manage menopause symptoms in their head — or not at all. They cannot tell their doctor whether the brain fog is worse this week than last week, or whether starting HRT actually changed anything, because they have no data.
The kindr Symptom Tracker changes that. Patients log their daily symptoms in under 60 seconds. The tracker builds a visual timeline — hot flash frequency, sleep quality, mood, energy, brain fog — and surfaces patterns that neither the patient nor the doctor could see otherwise.
When a kindr physician reviews a patient at the 30-day check-in, they are not asking "how have you been feeling?" They are reviewing a chart. That is the difference between guessing and knowing.
- Daily 60-second symptom check-in inside the kindr patient portal
- Tracks: hot flashes, sleep quality, mood, energy, brain fog, anxiety, joint pain
- Generates a visual timeline the patient can review and share with their doctor
- Flags patterns worth discussing — for example if brain fog correlates with poor sleep nights
- Feeds directly into the kindr clinical review so dose adjustments are data-driven
- Exportable as a PDF for any appointment

Hormone Intelligence
Your labs. Interpreted for you. Not just flagged as normal.
Standard lab reports tell you whether your numbers fall within a reference range. They do not tell you what those numbers mean for how you feel, whether your HRT dose is working, or whether something needs to change.
kindr Hormone Intelligence changes the lab experience entirely. When a patient's quarterly hormone panel comes back, the results do not go into a portal as a list of numbers. They become a personalized narrative — written in plain language, contextualized against the patient's symptom history, and paired with a specific recommendation from their physician.
Women who have been told for years that their labs are normal will finally understand what their labs actually mean.
- Receives quarterly hormone panel results from the kindr lab partner
- Cross-references results against the patient's current symptom tracker data
- Generates a plain-language interpretation of what the numbers mean
- Physician reviews and approves the interpretation before it reaches the patient
- Available in Plus and Complete plans
- Powered by IBM Watson NLP + kindr clinical protocol layer

kindr Score
A single number that tells you how your hormonal health is trending.
Credit scores exist because people need a single number to understand a complex financial picture. Health does not have an equivalent — until now for menopause patients.
The kindr Score is a 0-100 number that represents a patient's overall hormonal health at any moment. It synthesizes symptom tracker data, hormone lab results, treatment adherence, sleep quality, and doctor notes into one meaningful number that moves over time.
A score of 34 when a patient starts. A score of 71 three months later. That progression is the most powerful proof of care that kindr can show a patient — and the most powerful retention tool that exists.
- Calculates daily based on available data — symptoms, labs, sleep, adherence
- Shows as a visual gauge inside the patient portal
- Trend line shows improvement over time
- Each component of the score is explained so patients understand what moves it
- Shared with the kindr physician at review
- Achievement moments — first time hitting 50, 70, 90 — are celebrated in the portal
- The score you share with your sister when she asks if kindr is working

kindr Voice
Talk to your care team the way you talk to a friend. Out loud.
Typing a message to your doctor at 3am when you cannot sleep is a friction point that stops real communication happening. Most women do not message their care team as often as they should — not because they do not have questions but because typing feels formal and deliberate when you are exhausted and symptomatic.
kindr Voice removes that friction entirely. A patient opens the kindr app, taps the microphone, and talks. Their message is transcribed, contextualized against their symptom history, and delivered to their care team. The care team responds in the same voice-first interface.
Powered by ElevenLabs voice AI and IBM Watson speech-to-text, kindr Voice makes care feel less like a medical portal and more like a conversation with someone who actually knows you.
- Voice-to-text message composition in the kindr patient portal
- IBM Watson processes the spoken message and extracts symptom mentions and clinical flags
- Care team receives the transcript plus a plain-language summary of what was said
- Responses from the care team optionally delivered as audio using ElevenLabs voice AI
- Works within Twilio-powered calling infrastructure for kindr's AI phone line
- Especially valuable for patients with cognitive symptoms — typing is hard when you have brain fog

kindr Community
Women who get it. Because they are going through it too.
menopause.mom and perimenopause.mom are the top-of-funnel community layer. kindr Community is the bottom-of-funnel one — a private, moderated space exclusively for active kindr patients.
The logic is simple. Women on HRT have questions that their doctor is not the right person to answer. Not clinical questions — those go to the care team. Life questions. "Is anyone else's husband completely lost about what this means?" "Has anyone switched from patches to cream and felt a difference?" "Week 3 and I finally slept — anyone else?"
No other telehealth platform has this. The kindr Community is a retention tool, a trust builder, and a word-of-mouth engine built into the product itself.
- Private patient-only community — no public access, no social algorithms, no ads
- Organized by topic: symptoms, treatments, labs, lifestyle, relationships, mental health
- Moderated by the kindr wellness consultant team — not outsourced
- Patients earn Community access after their first month of treatment
- Featured stories from Community become testimonials on kindr.health/stories
- Monthly live Q&A with a kindr physician — inside Community, available to all members
- Accessible from the kindr patient portal — not a separate login

kindr Genome
Your hormones are unique to you. Your treatment should be too.
HRT dosing today is still largely based on trial and adjustment — start low, see how you feel, titrate up or down. For most women this takes 3 to 6 months to get right. The process works, but it is slower than it needs to be.
kindr Genome is a pharmacogenomic layer built into the kindr clinical protocol. An optional add-on genetic test — a simple cheek swab collected at home — analyzes a patient's key genetic variants that affect hormone metabolism, estrogen receptor sensitivity, and clotting risk.
The results feed directly into the patient's kindr physician dashboard. Instead of starting at a standard dose and adjusting, the physician starts at the dose most likely to be right for this specific patient's biology.
Faster results. Fewer adjustments. Better outcomes from month one.
- Optional at-home cheek swab genetic test — part of the Complete plan add-on suite
- Analyzes CYP1A2, CYP3A4, COMT, MTHFR, Factor V Leiden and related variants
- Results feed into the kindr physician dashboard alongside lab data and symptoms
- Physician uses genetic profile to select the most appropriate formulation and dose from the first prescription
- Results stored permanently in the patient record — inform every future prescribing decision
- Flagged automatically if a variant suggests higher risk with certain formulations
- The only DTC menopause platform building pharmacogenomics into the core protocol
