Divigel is a brand-name transdermal estradiol gel sold in single-use foil packets (0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25 mg).
Applied once daily to alternate thighs.
Estradiol absorbs through the skin into circulation, bypassing the liver.
Packets enable precise dosing — useful for women titrating up or down.
Divigel is an FDA-approved brand-name product. Many Kindr patients use compounded alternatives prepared by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy when a custom dose, custom combination, or different delivery form is clinically preferable. Both pathways are available through Kindr — your provider will recommend based on your individual needs.
Upper thigh, alternating left and right daily. Let dry 5 minutes before covering.
Divigel uses pre-measured packets and is applied to the thigh; EstroGel is a pump applied to the arm. Both deliver estradiol transdermally.
Wait at least 1 hour after application before showering or swimming.
