The BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu recovery stack
The three most-studied peptides for tendon repair, soft tissue healing, and post-injury recovery — used together.
Protocol goal
Accelerate soft-tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and restore connective-tissue integrity after injury or heavy training.
Protocol timeline
Athletes and active adults recovering from tendon, ligament, or soft-tissue injuries. Post-surgical soft-tissue recovery. Research-use protocol.
Active malignancy (BPC-157 and TB-500 promote angiogenesis and cell migration — theoretical concern). Pregnancy.
Frequently asked questions
Why not just BPC-157 alone?
BPC-157 accelerates repair via angiogenesis and growth factor upregulation. TB-500 promotes cell migration into the wound. GHK-Cu drives collagen synthesis in the remodeling phase. They cover three sequential phases of healing — used together, they compress the timeline.
Can I injection-site everything together?
BPC-157 and TB-500 can be reconstituted separately and injected at the same subcutaneous site. GHK-Cu is typically SC in a different site or applied topically for skin applications.
How long until I feel a difference?
Most protocols report reduced pain within 5–7 days, functional improvement by week 2, and structural improvement (verified by imaging in animal studies) by week 4.
