Epithalon
Tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly). Activates telomerase; associated with telomere length preservation and pineal function support.
$50.00 / 50mg vial
MOTS-c
Mitochondrial-derived peptide. Improves insulin sensitivity, metabolic flexibility, and exercise capacity — declines with age.
$60.00 / 10mg vial
NAD+
NAD+ precursor. Substrate for sirtuins and PARPs, both critical to DNA repair and cellular longevity signaling.
$70.00 / 500mg vial

Protocol goal

Support healthy aging by targeting three independent hallmarks of aging: telomere attrition, mitochondrial dysfunction, and NAD+ decline.

Protocol timeline

Cycle: 10 days on, 20 days off
Epithalon 10-day cycles, repeated 2–3× per year. This mirrors the Khavinson research protocol.
Daily
MOTS-c 3× per week. NAD+ SC or IV 2× per week — dose based on tolerance.
Annually
Bloodwork to track fasting glucose, HbA1c, hs-CRP, and inflammatory markers.
Who this is for

Adults 40+ interested in preventative anti-aging research protocols. Best paired with resistance training, sleep hygiene, and metabolic health basics.

Contraindications

Active cancer or high cancer risk (telomerase activation is theoretical concern). Pregnancy. Under 30.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Khavinson protocol?

Vladimir Khavinson pioneered short-peptide bioregulator research in Russia. His epithalon protocol is 10 consecutive days of injections, repeated 2× per year, based on 30+ years of clinical data on institutionalized elderly patients showing reduced all-cause mortality.

Why MOTS-c instead of just NAD+?

MOTS-c is encoded in mitochondrial DNA and acts on the AMPK pathway independently of NAD+. It directly improves mitochondrial function and insulin sensitivity. NAD+ supports sirtuin/PARP function. Different levers, both worth pulling.

Are there human longevity trials?

Not yet at scale — this is research-protocol territory. Epithalon has the longest human data (Khavinson cohort). MOTS-c has early Phase 1 trials. NAD+ has extensive human data on metabolism and cognition.
