Refunds

Full refunds. No restocking fees. Issued within 5 business days.

This refund policy applies to physical products purchased from the Kindr Shop. For telehealth subscription, intake-fee, and prescription medication refunds, see Refund & Cancellation.

Full refund on returned orders

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we issue a full refund (including any original shipping charges, although shop orders ship free) to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees.

Refund timing

Order cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, email support@kindr.health and we will cancel and refund in full. Once an order has shipped, treat it as a return — see Shop Returns.

Damaged, defective, or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the shipping confirmation for a full refund or free replacement — no return required.
