Returns

This return policy applies only to physical products purchased from the Kindr Shop. Prescription medications dispensed through our telehealth service cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons — see Refund & Cancellation.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return for any reason. Returns are free — we provide a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label.

Condition requirements

• Unopened items: Must be in original, sealed packaging. Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened supplements or consumables: Returnable within 14 days if more than 50% remains; we honor "didn't work for me" returns for first-time customers.
• Defective or damaged on arrival: Always eligible regardless of condition or time.

How to start a return

1. Email support@kindr.health with your order number and reason for return.
2. We email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location.
4. Refund is issued within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Non-returnable items

• Prescription medications (regulated by federal and state law).
• At-home lab test kits once the sample has been collected.
• Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
