Shop Policy
Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum.
This shipping policy applies to physical products purchased from the Kindr Shop (supplements, wellness products, and accessories). It does not apply to prescription medications dispensed through our telehealth service — see our Refund & Cancellation page for those terms.
Every Kindr Shop order ships free within the United States. No minimum order, no promo code required.
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT typically ship the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US military APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@kindr.health for a free replacement or full refund.
