In Development — iOS and Android

The most knowledgeable menopause companion ever built.

Dot is kindr's specialized menopause AI. Available on demand, across every device, trained on clinical knowledge no general AI tool carries. This is the app.

App launching later this year. Join the waitlist below to be notified.

Five things Dot does that no doctor has time for

On demand. Unhurried. Without a waiting room.

01

Answers your questions at 3am.

Menopause does not follow office hours. Dot is available every hour of every day — including the hours when symptoms are worst and when women are most likely to search for answers and find unreliable information. Dot does not have a waiting room. Dot does not run behind schedule. Dot answers immediately.

02

Remembers everything you have shared.

A doctor with a 15-minute appointment slot reads your chart as you are walking in. Dot has read everything you have ever shared with it — your symptoms, your patterns, your history, your questions — before you finish typing your first word. Every conversation builds on the last. Dot knows you.

03

Explains your results without rushing.

A hormone panel returned from a lab is a list of numbers until someone explains what those numbers mean in the context of your symptoms, your history, and your life. Dot does that — without looking at the clock, without abbreviating the explanation because the next patient is waiting, and without defaulting to reassurance when the honest answer is more complex. Dot reads your results the way you deserve your results to be read.

04

Tracks your symptoms over time and surfaces patterns.

Hot flashes occur. Sleep breaks down. Brain fog arrives. Women often notice these events in isolation — a bad night here, a difficult day there. Dot tracks every log you enter and surfaces the patterns that emerge over weeks and months. When your hot flashes correlate with your sleep disruption and your sleep disruption correlates with your cortisol cycle — Dot notices. And Dot tells you.

05

Knows when to step back.

Dot is not a physician. Dot will never pretend otherwise. When a question requires clinical evaluation, prescription authority, or in-person assessment — Dot says so clearly and connects you to a kindr physician who can actually help. The boundary between information and clinical care is the most important line in healthcare AI. Dot holds it.

The Intelligence

Dot knows things most doctors were not trained to know.

The average physician received fewer than four hours of menopause education during medical school. That is not a criticism. It is a documented reality that explains why millions of women spend years being dismissed.

Dot was built differently. The knowledge base behind Dot was assembled with a single question in mind: what does every woman navigating menopause deserve to know, and why is she not being told?

We cannot fully describe how Dot knows what she knows. That is deliberate. What we can describe is what that knowledge makes possible.

Clinical depth

Dot is trained on the North American Menopause Society clinical guidelines, current HRT research literature, FDA drug information for every relevant medication, and clinical protocols developed by kindr's physician team. This is not general health information. It is menopause-specific clinical knowledge at a depth that most primary care training does not reach.

The part we keep to ourselves

There is a layer of Dot's intelligence that we do not publicly describe. Not because it is theoretical — it exists and it works — but because the specifics of how Dot knows what she knows are proprietary to kindr. What women experience is that Dot answers questions other AI tools cannot answer well. How that is achieved is our work to protect.

Always current

Menopause medicine is evolving faster now than at any point in the last two decades. The FDA removed its black box warnings from HRT in 2025. New research continues to revise what we know about the timing hypothesis, the role of testosterone, and the long-term benefits of early intervention. Dot's knowledge base is updated as the science updates. Dot does not answer based on what medicine knew in 2002.

We built something we are proud of and something we intend to protect. The women who use Dot will understand what we mean.

Inside the App

What the kindr App contains.

01

Dot — always available

Chat with Dot at any hour. Ask about symptoms, treatments, research, or simply why you feel the way you feel. Text or voice — whichever is easier.

02

Symptom tracking

A 60-second daily check-in. Hot flashes, sleep quality, mood, energy, brain fog, anxiety. Logged. Visualized over time. Shared with your kindr doctor when you want it to be.

03

Hormone intelligence

Connect your kindr hormone test results. Dot reads them alongside your symptom history and explains what the numbers mean for how you feel — not just whether they are within range.

04

kindr Score

A single number — 0 to 100 — that represents your hormonal health at any given moment. It moves as your symptoms change, your labs update, and your treatment takes effect. Progress made visible.

05

Research and education

Every kindr journal article, every Q&A, every treatment explainer — available inside the app, searchable, personalized to what Dot knows about your specific situation.

06

kindr connection

When clinical evaluation is needed Dot says so and connects you directly to the kindr intake. Your symptom history and chat context inform your physician — no starting over, no repeating yourself.

Privacy and Clinical Safety

What you share with Dot stays with kindr.

Health information is among the most sensitive data a person can share with any technology. We built the kindr App with the assumption that every woman using it is trusting us with something genuinely private. That trust is not taken lightly.

Your data is never sold.
kindr does not sell, license, or share personal health data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing platforms. Your symptom history, your conversations with Dot, and your clinical information belong to you.
Dot is not a medical device.
The kindr App provides health information and clinical education. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the judgment of a licensed physician. Any clinical decision — including whether to start or stop any treatment — must be made with a qualified healthcare provider.
HIPAA compliant from day one.
All data stored within the kindr ecosystem is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Conversations with Dot are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to systems and personnel required for clinical care delivery.
You control your data.
You can export your symptom history, conversation logs, and health data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data with a single request. No retention periods. No backups kept after deletion is confirmed.

Dot and kindr work together.

The kindr App is Dot's home. kindr Health is where clinical care happens.

Dot informs. kindr prescribes. The two are designed to work as one — a woman who uses Dot and needs HRT does not start over when she moves to the clinical platform. Her history, her symptoms, and her questions follow her.

This is what integrated care looks like when it is built from the ground up rather than assembled from pieces.
