Our Story

We built Kindr because women deserve better.

For too long, menopause has been undertreated, dismissed, and left to women to figure out alone. That ends here.

Origin

Why Kindr exists.

The average woman waits over seven years to receive a correct menopause diagnosis. Seven years of hot flashes, brain fog, mood disruption, weight gain, and sleep deprivation — while being told her labs are normal and she should try therapy or exercise more.

This is not a fringe experience. It is the standard. The medical system was not built with women's hormonal health as a priority. Menopause training in medical schools is minimal. The average OB/GYN spends less than two hours on menopause medicine during their entire education. General practitioners spend even less.

Kindr was built to fix this. We recruit and partner with board-certified providers who specialize in menopause medicine. We build clinical protocols based on current evidence — not outdated guidelines. We make treatment accessible, affordable, and delivered directly to the patient. No waiting rooms. No referrals. No insurance gatekeeping.

This is what healthcare should have always looked like for women. We are making it the standard.

◎ Mission

Our Mission

To make clinical-grade menopause care accessible, affordable, and built around the patient — not the clinic's schedule.

★ Vision

Our Vision

A world where no woman spends years being dismissed. Where menopause is treated as the significant health event it is — with the clinical attention, the expertise, and the kindness it deserves.

Our Values

What we stand for.

Four principles that drive every clinical and product decision at Kindr.

01

Kindness First

Every woman who comes to Kindr has likely been dismissed before. We start from a place of belief — in her symptoms, her experience, and her right to real answers. Kindness is not just our name. It is our clinical philosophy.

02

Clinical Rigor

Feeling-good care means nothing if it is not evidence-based. Every Kindr protocol is developed against current clinical guidelines from NAMS, NIH, and ACOG. Our providers are board-certified specialists — not generalists. We do not cut corners on clinical quality. Ever.

03

Radical Accessibility

World-class menopause care should not require living in a major city, having premium insurance, or taking half a day off work. Kindr is online, nationwide, and priced so that access is not a privilege. Starting at $79 per month — medications included.

04

Ongoing Partnership

Menopause is not a moment. It is a multi-year transition that requires continuous clinical attention. Your Kindr provider stays with you — adjusting your protocol as your hormones shift, checking in, and treating the whole picture. Not just the symptoms in front of them.

Clinical Standards

How we build our clinical protocols.

Every treatment protocol at Kindr is developed and reviewed against current clinical guidelines from the leading bodies in women's health:

North American Menopause Society (NAMS)
American College of OB/GYN (ACOG)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
The Menopause Society
Endocrine Society
FDA — Prescription Standards

Our medical team reviews and updates protocols quarterly. When guidelines change — our clinical approach changes. We do not practice on outdated evidence.
