Shipping & Returns

Simple, predictable shipping and a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee on every Kindr Shop order.

Free shipping over $75

Standard US shipping is free on every Kindr Shop order of $75 or more. On orders under $75 a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies. Bundles at $75+ always ship free.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 business days after they leave our warehouse (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, chosen by destination). You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

30-day money-back guarantee

Try any Kindr Shop product for 30 days. If it isn’t the right fit for any reason, email support@kindr.health within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund. Open or unopened — both are eligible.

How returns work

Returns are handled by mail. Our support team will email you a free prepaid return label — there are no restocking fees and no return shipping charges. Once we receive your package, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, DC, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not yet available.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, email support@kindr.health within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
