How do I reach my provider?

Clinical questions and treatment conversations happen through your patient account — not through this contact form. Log in to message your provider directly.

How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel anytime from your patient account dashboard. No phone call required. No cancellation fees. If you need help email support@kindr.health.

How do I update my billing?

Log into your patient account and go to billing settings. Or email support@kindr.health and we'll help you directly.

Is my message private?

This contact form is not a HIPAA-secure channel. Do not include health information in your message. For clinical matters use your patient portal.

I haven't received my medication. What do I do?
