Accountability

Corrections Policy

We will fix factual errors on our pages quickly, transparently, and with the date of update visible.

Last updated: May 10, 2026.

How to report an error

Email editorial@kindr.health with the page URL, the specific sentence or claim, and (if possible) the source you believe is correct. We confirm receipt within 2 business days.

What we correct

How corrections are made

Material corrections are made in the body of the affected page, the page's "Last reviewed" date is updated, and a brief note describing the correction is appended at the bottom of the page (or in the relevant section). Trivial fixes (typography, broken links) are made silently with the review date refreshed.

If we got it wrong

For corrections that materially change a clinical recommendation, we additionally publish a note in the next issue of our Journal and notify any partner that has republished the affected content.

Retractions

If a page is found to be substantially incorrect and cannot be salvaged with edits, we retract it: the URL returns a notice describing the retraction and links to the corrected replacement page where one exists.
