Refund & Cancellation

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from your account settings, or email support@kindr.health. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. Cancellations apply to future renewals — your current cycle remains active until the next renewal date.

Refunds

• Initial intake fee: If your provider determines you are not a clinical candidate during initial review, you receive a full refund.
• Unshipped medication: If you cancel before your prescription has been compounded and shipped, the medication portion of that month's charge is refunded.
• Shipped medication: Federal and state law generally prohibit the return or resale of dispensed prescription medication, so we cannot refund medication that has shipped.
• Damaged or lost shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact support within 14 days for a free replacement.

Subscription auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You will receive a reminder email at least 3 days before each renewal. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date — visible in your account.

Disputes

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first at support@kindr.health — we resolve most issues within one business day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us slows resolution and may pause your care.
