Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using kindr.health, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Telehealth services — scope and limitations

Kindr is a telehealth platform that connects you with independently licensed providers in your state. Providers exercise their own clinical judgment. Kindr does not practice medicine; the provider–patient relationship is between you and your treating provider.

3. Not a substitute for emergency care

Kindr is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. For mental health crises, call 988.

4. Prescription and clinical decisions

A prescription is never guaranteed. Your provider may decline to prescribe based on clinical judgment, contraindications, or applicable law. Some treatments include compounded medications, which are prepared by a state-licensed, FDA-registered compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved as finished drug products.

5. Payment, renewal, and cancellation

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime in your account — no phone call required.
• Refunds for unshipped medication may be available; once a prescription is filled and shipped, federal and state law generally prohibit returns.
• HSA and FSA cards are accepted where available.

6. Intellectual property

The Kindr name, logo, content, and software are owned by Kindr Health, Inc. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Dispute resolution and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@kindr.health.

9. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS communications from kindr Health you agree to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy at kindr.health/privacy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. kindr Health does not share mobile phone numbers with third parties.
