Women's lifecycle care · All 50 states
Kindr is women's full lifecycle care — perimenopause, menopause, HRT, GLP-1 weight care, hormone lab testing, mental wellness, skin and hair, and sleep support — with board-certified clinicians licensed in every U.S. state plus D.C. Pick your state to see what's available, what climate factors matter, and how to start care this week.
Telehealth in the United States is regulated state by state. A clinician has to hold a license in the state where you're physically located during the visit — the medicine, the protocol, and the standard of care are national, but the license is local. That single fact drives most of the "is menopause care available in {my state}?" confusion.
Kindr's clinical team is licensed in all 50 states plus the District of Columbia. Every service line we offer — perimenopause and menopause HRT, GLP-1 weight care, hormone lab testing, mental wellness, skin and hair, sleep support, and metabolic health — is available nationwide, with the same protocols, the same medications, and the same board-certified providers. What changes state to state is which pharmacy ships your prescription, how your insurance processes claims, and — the one thing worth calling out — how your climate shapes which symptoms hit hardest.
Humid Southern states amplify hot flashes and night sweats. Dry mountain and desert states worsen vaginal dryness and skin symptoms first. Cold, dark Northern winters make mood and sleep symptoms show up before vasomotor ones. Your clinician uses that context to pick the delivery form — patch, pill, cream, gel, injection — that actually fits your life, not just your lab results.
How state-level telehealth works
State-level FAQ
Yes. Telehealth is regulated at the state level: your clinician must be licensed in the state where you are physically located during the visit. Kindr providers are licensed in all 50 states plus D.C., so wherever you live — and wherever you travel to — we can usually match you with a licensed clinician on our team.
Perimenopause and menopause HRT, hormone lab testing, mental wellness and mood support, skin and hair health, sleep support, and metabolic care are available in all 50 states plus D.C. GLP-1 weight care and certain compounded medications follow state-specific rules — your clinician will confirm availability during intake.
You keep your Kindr care team. We update your file, verify licensure in your new state, and continue your protocol without re-doing intake. Prescriptions are re-routed to a pharmacy licensed to ship to your new address.
No. Kindr is women's full lifecycle care — perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, plus adjacent areas like weight and metabolic health, hormone testing, mental wellness, and skin and hair. Every state page links to every service line we offer there.
Most patients complete intake in under 15 minutes and are prescribed within 24–72 hours. Medication ships from a licensed pharmacy in 3–5 business days. There is no waiting list — the intake queue is same-week nationwide.
Membership itself is cash-pay ($79/month) and is HSA/FSA eligible. Many FDA-approved medications can be run through your prescription insurance regardless of state. Compounded medications are cash-pay by design. Your clinician will price options against your specific plan at intake.
FDA-approved medications — estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, semaglutide, tirzepatide, paroxetine, fezolinetant, vaginal estrogen — are identical across states. Compounded formulations are prepared by state-licensed 503A pharmacies and are subject to state and federal oversight; your clinician selects the pharmacy licensed to ship to your address.
They change your symptoms, not the medication itself. Hot, humid states amplify vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats). Dry mountain and desert states worsen vaginal dryness and skin symptoms. Cold, dark winters amplify mood and sleep symptoms. Your clinician adjusts the delivery form (patch vs. cream vs. oral) and add-ons (topical estradiol, vitamin D) to fit your climate — not the underlying protocol.
