The free tier is open to everyone; kindr Pro adds advanced symptom-trend analysis and AI-powered lab interpretation. The Data Hub itself remains fully free and open.

Who reviews the data for accuracy?

Every published dataset is reviewed by Kindr Health's clinical editorial team — board-certified physicians and menopause specialists trained under NAMS guidelines. Reviewer credentials, LegitScript certification, and the last-reviewed date are shown on every page. Errors can be reported to press@kindr.health for correction and public erratum.

Can I get an API or bulk download?

Is bioidentical hormone therapy the same as HRT?

Bioidentical hormones are one form of HRT — they are chemically identical to the hormones the body makes. Many FDA-approved HRT products (Estrace, Vivelle-Dot, Prometrium) are bioidentical. The term is sometimes used to describe compounded preparations, which Kindr clinicians can prescribe when appropriate.

How do I get menopause medication prescribed online?

Start Kindr’s online intake, complete a medical history and symptom review, and a board-certified clinician licensed in your state reviews it — typically within one business day. What is hormone replacement therapy?

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), also called menopausal hormone therapy, replaces the estrogen — and, when a uterus is present, the progesterone — that declines during perimenopause and menopause. It is the most effective treatment for hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, and genitourinary symptoms, and it preserves bone density.

For most healthy women under 60 or within 10 years of their final period, guideline bodies including NAMS and ACOG conclude the benefits of systemic HRT outweigh the risks. Risk depends on age, time since menopause, route of estrogen, the progestogen used, and personal history. Contraindications include a history of breast cancer, active clotting disease, unexplained vaginal bleeding, and severe liver disease.

Can I get HRT without bloodwork?

How long can I stay on HRT?

Does HRT help with bone and heart health?

Systemic estrogen reduces bone loss and fracture risk and is FDA-approved for osteoporosis prevention. Will lifestyle changes alone fix hot flashes?

Lifestyle changes — layered clothing, cool sleeping environments, avoiding alcohol and spicy food triggers, regular exercise — help and matter. For moderate to severe hot flashes they are rarely sufficient on their own.

Can I get hot flash treatment without HRT?

Will compounded retatrutide be safe?
