Affiliate Program

Affiliate Program Terms

Plain-language terms for the kindr Health affiliate program. Last updated: 2026.

These terms govern your participation in the kindr Health Affiliate Program ("Program"). By submitting an application or accepting an invitation to the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these terms.

1. Program overview & eligibility

The Program lets approved partners earn commission for referring new paying patients to kindr Health. To be eligible you must be at least 18 years old, have a website, podcast, social account, newsletter, healthcare practice, or other audience meaningfully relevant to women in midlife and menopause, and comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

Approval is at Kindr's sole discretion. We may decline or remove any affiliate at any time.

2. Commission structure & calculation

Approved affiliates earn 20% recurring monthly commission on the patient's active subscription plan value, for as long as the referred patient remains an active paying member. Commissions are tracked via Rewardful and Stripe. Plan upgrades or downgrades automatically adjust your commission. No commission is paid on cancelled, refunded, or chargebacked accounts. Commissions become eligible for payout after the patient's 30-day refund window has closed.

3. Cookie & attribution

Affiliate links use a 90-day last-click attribution cookie. If a visitor clicks your link and subscribes within 90 days, the referral is credited to you. If a different affiliate's link is clicked after yours within that window, the most recent click receives credit. Coupon codes provide cookieless attribution and override last-click when applied.

4. Prohibited promotion methods

The following methods will result in commission reversal and may result in immediate termination:

  • Trademark bidding. No paid-search ads bidding on "Kindr", "kindr Health", or any trademark variations or misspellings.
  • Misleading health claims. No unsubstantiated claims about Kindr's clinical outcomes, guarantees, or "miracle" results.
  • Self-referrals. You may not refer yourself, your spouse, or members of your household.
  • Spam. Unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, forum spam, or any messaging that violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, or similar laws.
  • Coupon abuse. Posting your code on coupon aggregator sites, cashback sites, or generic deal forums.
  • Brand impersonation. Domains, social handles, ads, or content that imply you are kindr Health.
  • Cookie stuffing or fraudulent traffic. Any automated, incentivized, or non-genuine traffic.

5. FTC disclosure requirements

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Kindr in every piece of content that promotes Kindr, in compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guides. Disclosures must appear before the affiliate link, in the same medium as the promotion, and in a font and size that is easy to read. See the FTC compliance section on the Affiliate page for example language by platform.

6. Payment terms & schedule

Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month for the prior month's eligible activity. Payouts are processed by the 15th via PayPal or Wise. The minimum payout threshold is $50. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next payout cycle. Kindr is not responsible for fees charged by payment processors or for delays caused by inaccurate payout details.

7. Tax responsibilities

You are an independent contractor — not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Kindr. You are responsible for all taxes on commissions you earn. US affiliates must complete a W-9; international affiliates must complete a W-8BEN. We may withhold payouts until valid tax forms are on file.

8. Program modifications & termination

Kindr may modify the Program — including commission rates, cookie duration, payout schedule, or these terms — with 30 days' notice for non-material changes, and immediately for changes required by law or to address fraud or abuse. Either party may terminate participation at any time, for any reason. On termination, commissions earned for genuine, eligible referrals through the termination date will be paid out per the normal schedule, unless terminated for cause (e.g., fraud, material breach), in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

9. Liability limitations

The Program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindr's total liability arising out of or related to the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months prior to the claim. Kindr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.
