Founder & Chief Medical Officer
Family Medicine · Women's Health · HRT & Menopause
I founded this clinical practice because the women in my exam room deserved more than 7-minute visits and "your labs are normal." I trained in Family Medicine because I wanted to know my patients across decades — not just diagnose them in moments.
Menopause care is where the medical system has failed women most visibly. Symptoms get dismissed. Lab ranges built on younger populations get used to deny treatment. Women in their 40s and 50s are told to "just exercise more" while their sleep, mood, and metabolism collapse. I built our protocols to start where every patient actually is — with their symptoms, their history, and their goals — not with a checkbox.
My clinical work spans HRT, perimenopause, GLP-1 weight care, and metabolic wellness, with a deep focus on telehealth as a delivery model that actually works for midlife women. I hold board certification in Family Medicine, additional certification in Addiction Medicine (ASAM), and Obesity Medicine (AAOM). I earned my MD at St. George's University, my undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, and a Physician Executive MBA at Auburn University.
I see patients in Wellington, Florida and through telehealth across multiple states. Every patient who comes through Kindr gets the level of clinical attention I would want for my own family.
Provider assignment depends on your state and clinical needs. Start your intake to be matched with the right Kindr clinician.
