We practice medicine, not influencer wellness.
The Kindr clinic is an online menopause practice. This page explains how our clinicians make decisions, what we will and will not offer, and why.

Guideline-based protocols
Care follows published guidance from The Menopause Society, ACOG and the Endocrine Society, including the Menopause Society 2022 hormone therapy position statement.
Individual screening first
Every request is reviewed by a licensed clinician. Medical history, risk factors and contraindications such as clotting history or hormone-sensitive cancers are checked before anything is prescribed.
FDA-approved options when appropriate
Where hormone therapy fits, clinicians generally favor FDA-approved formulations such as transdermal estradiol and micronized progesterone. Non-hormonal treatments are offered when hormones are not right for you.
Telehealth in all 50 states
Kindr is a virtual clinic. Visits happen online with clinicians licensed in your state. We do not operate walk-in offices.
No influencer wellness
No proprietary blends, no unproven "hormone balancing" supplements and no lab panels you do not need. If a treatment lacks evidence, we say so.
Treatment only when appropriate
A visit does not guarantee a prescription. Your clinician may recommend a different approach, more testing, or in-person care.
Why this matters
Menopause specialists have publicly warned that social media trends and unregulated products are sending confused patients to clinics. Research reviews also describe fragmented care, too little clinician training, and women feeling dismissed. A clinic should answer that with plain explanations and evidence, not more products.
Large hospital systems publish excellent general information. Kindr focuses on the next step: a clinician visit, clear options and ongoing follow-up, online. See our medical team, HRT guide, specialized care pathways and pricing.
