CombiPatch is a brand-name twice-weekly patch combining 17β-estradiol with norethindrone acetate (a synthetic progestin).
Available in 0.05/0.14 and 0.05/0.25 mg/day strengths.
Delivers estrogen plus progestin transdermally, bypassing the liver, with built-in endometrial protection.
CombiPatch is an FDA-approved brand-name product. Many Kindr patients use compounded alternatives prepared by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy when a custom dose, custom combination, or different delivery form is clinically preferable. Both pathways are available through Kindr — your provider will recommend based on your individual needs.
Single product, no nightly pill. Tradeoff: norethindrone is a synthetic progestin rather than bioidentical micronized progesterone.
