What thyroid tests should I get?
TSH, free T4, free T3, and TPO antibodies. TSH alone can miss early Hashimoto's.
Does HRT affect thyroid medication?
Oral estrogens increase thyroid-binding globulin, which can lower free thyroid hormone levels — you may need a higher levothyroxine dose. Transdermal estradiol avoids this.
Should I take both HRT and thyroid?

What TSH is optimal in menopause?
