Vaginal estrogen cream: the safest, most effective GSM treatment
Vaginal estrogen cream is the single most effective treatment for genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) — the umbrella term for vaginal dryness, painful sex, and recurrent UTIs after menopause.
