How much does kindr cost?

kindr plans start at $99 per month for women's hormone health and men's health plans. Your first month is $79. The monthly plan includes physician consultation, your prescription if clinically appropriate, quarterly labs, ongoing physician messaging, and free medication shipping. Add-on services such as ED treatment (+$30/month) and hair loss (+$30/month) are available at additional cost. The kindr Shop operates separately on a per-order basis.

Can I use HSA or FSA?

Yes. kindr telehealth services and prescription medications are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement as qualified medical expenses. kindr Shop supplement purchases may also qualify depending on your plan. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator. We provide itemized receipts for all charges.

When am I charged?

Your first charge occurs at signup. Subsequent monthly charges occur on the same date each month. You will receive an email receipt for every charge at the email address on your account.

How do I update my payment method?

Log in to your patient portal and navigate to Account Settings → Billing. You can update your card details there at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my kindr plan?

You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Email support@kindr.health with your account email and request to cancel. Cancellation stops your next charge and shipment. Medications already dispensed cannot be returned. You may continue using your portal until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

If a physician determines you are not eligible for treatment your consultation fee is refunded in full within 5-7 business days. Monthly plan fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. For supplement orders from the kindr Shop please see our refund policy at kindr.health/refund.

Is there a free trial?

kindr does not offer a free trial. Your first month is discounted to $79 (vs $99 regular). If a physician determines you are not eligible for treatment your consultation fee is refunded in full.

Do you offer family plans or multi-person pricing?

At this time kindr plans are individual. Each patient requires their own intake, physician review, and subscription. Contact support@kindr.health if you have questions about adding a family member.
