How long does it take to get my prescription?

After completing your intake a physician reviews within 24 hours. If approved your prescription is sent to VialsRX the same day. VialsRX fulfills and ships within 24-48 hours of receiving the prescription. Most patients receive their first order within 5-7 business days of completing their intake.

How do I message my physician?

You can message your kindr physician directly from your patient portal. Your physician responds within 24 business hours. For urgent medical matters please contact emergency services or your local urgent care.

Question 3

How do I get a refill?

Accepted Answer

If you are on a subscription plan your medication refills automatically each month through VialsRX. No action needed. If you need to request a refill outside of your scheduled cycle contact support@kindr.health and your care team will coordinate with your physician.

Question 4

Can I adjust my dose?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dose adjustments are included in your kindr plan at no extra charge. Message your physician with your current symptoms and they will review and update your prescription if appropriate. Most dose adjustments are reflected in your next monthly shipment.

Question 5

What if HRT is not working for me?

Accepted Answer

Message your physician directly through your portal. They will review your symptoms and may adjust your formulation, dose, or delivery method. Some women need 6-12 weeks to feel the full benefit of HRT. If you have been on a consistent protocol for more than 3 months without improvement your physician may recommend additional lab testing or a protocol change.

Do I need lab work?

For most hormone therapy treatments a baseline lab panel is recommended. kindr offers an at-home hormone test kit in the kindr Shop that covers the key markers your physician needs. Your physician will advise whether labs are required for your specific situation.

Question 7

What is included in my kindr plan?

Accepted Answer

Your kindr monthly plan includes physician consultation, your prescription if clinically indicated, quarterly lab reviews, ongoing physician messaging, and free medication shipping from VialsRX. Add-on services such as ED treatment or hair loss protocols are available at an additional monthly cost.

Can I pause my treatment?

Yes. Contact support@kindr.health to pause your subscription. Pausing stops your next shipment and billing cycle. You can reactivate at any time from your patient portal. Note that pausing treatment should be discussed with your physician as stopping hormone therapy abruptly may cause symptoms to return.

What happens if my medication is wrong or damaged?

Contact support@kindr.health within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the packaging and medication. We will coordinate a replacement shipment at no charge with priority fulfillment.

Question 10

Can I use kindr alongside my existing doctor?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many kindr patients use kindr for specialized hormone care alongside a primary care physician. We recommend informing your primary physician of any new medications or treatments. Your kindr physician can provide documentation of your treatment protocol on request.
