VialsRX fulfills orders within 24-48 hours of receiving a prescription. Standard shipping typically delivers within 3-5 business days after fulfillment. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Total time from approved intake to medication in hand is typically 5-10 business days for first orders.

Yes. Medication shipping is free on all active kindr plans. kindr Shop supplement orders ship free on orders over $75.

Are the medications FDA-approved?

Prescription medications available through kindr are compounded by VialsRX under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drugs — they are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy to your physician's specific prescription. Compounded medications are not equivalent to commercially manufactured brand-name drugs.

My medication arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact support@kindr.health within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the packaging and medication. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no charge with priority fulfillment through VialsRX.

Can I have my medication shipped to a different address?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Update your shipping address in your patient portal under Account Settings before your next scheduled shipment. Changes made after a shipment is initiated may not apply until the following month.
